Publisher Terms

Updated

These terms apply to the DiceGem publisher programme, which lets website owners (“you”, “the publisher”) embed DiceGem games and share in the advertising revenue they earn. You accept them when you create a publisher account at partners.dicegem.com. Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply.

4. Revenue share

5. Payouts

6. Invalid traffic and holds

We monitor traffic for fraud. We may hold a payout while we investigate, and we will not pay for traffic we reasonably find invalid (for example bot traffic, self-clicks, or activity that our advertising partner does not pay us for). A held payout shows the reason in your dashboard. Payouts for an account that is not active are held until the account is active again.

7. Ending the agreement

You may stop embedding our games and close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Earned, valid balances above the minimum are paid out after closure unless they are held under section 6.

8. Data

You receive aggregated statistics for your own sites only. We process your account and payment details as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for your own site’s privacy notices and, where required, for obtaining consent for the advertising shown on your pages.

9. Liability

The programme is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any level of traffic or earnings, or that the games will always be available. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts we paid you in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days before a change that reduces your revenue share or payout rights takes effect; you may close your account before then.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected]; legal matters: [email protected].
