How to play
You place one set of bets, and it is played on several European wheels at the same time. Each wheel has 37 pockets, 0 to 36, and each spins on its own. You choose how many wheels, from 2 to 8; the table starts at 4 and remembers your choice.
You start with 1,000 virtual credits.
- Set the number of wheels with − and + next to the results strip.
- Choose a chip (10, 50, 100 or 500) and tap the layout. Single numbers, the small rings on the lines between numbers (splits, streets, corners, six lines), the outside bets and the racetrack buttons (Voisins, Tiers, Orphelins, Zero game, Neighbours) all work as on the European table.
- The message line shows the real cost: a layout of 50 on 5 wheels reads “Bet 50 × 5 wheels = 250”, and that is what leaves your balance.
- Press Spin. The big wheel shows wheel 1; the strip beside it shows every wheel’s number once the ball settles. Each wheel pays your layout on its own, and the payouts are added together.
Each spot takes 10 to 1,000 credits in steps of 10, and the layout can hold up to 5,000 per wheel. The + button stays off when your layout times one more wheel would cost more than you have.
How the wheels add up
Every wheel settles the whole layout as if it were the only one. Say you have 10 on 17 and 20 on red, on 4 wheels (120 staked), and the wheels land on 17, 3, 17 and 0:
| Wheel | Number | 10 on 17 | 20 on red |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 17 (black) | 360 back | lost |
| 2 | 3 (red) | lost | 40 back |
| 3 | 17 (black) | 360 back | lost |
| 4 | 0 | lost | lost |
Total back: 760, a profit of 640. The wheels are independent, so the same number can come up on two of them, and a bet on it is paid on both. With 8 wheels at least one number repeats more often than not (about 55.7% of spins).
Payouts
| Bet | Numbers covered | Pays on each wheel |
|---|---|---|
| Single number, 0 included | 1 | 35 to 1 |
| Split | 2 | 17 to 1 |
| Street, or the 0-1-2 / 0-2-3 trio | 3 | 11 to 1 |
| Corner, or the 0-1-2-3 top line | 4 | 8 to 1 |
| Six line | 6 | 5 to 1 |
| Dozen or column | 12 | 2 to 1 |
| Red, black, odd, even, 1–18, 19–36 | 18 | 1 to 1 |
The odds
Each wheel is an ordinary single-zero wheel, so every bet on every wheel has a house edge of 1/37, about 2.70%. We checked it over all 1,369 results of two wheels, not by simulation. Adding wheels doesn’t change that rate; it multiplies how much goes through it. 10 on red across 8 wheels is 80 staked per spin, with an average cost of about 2.16 credits.
What more wheels do change is how often something hits:
- A single number lands on at least one of 4 wheels in 10.38% of spins, and on at least one of 8 in 19.68%, against 2.70% on one wheel.
- Red comes up on at least one of 4 wheels 93.05% of the time, but on all four only 5.60% of the time.
Strategy
- Count the real stake. The layout is not the bet; the layout times the wheels is. A 100 layout on 8 wheels is 800 a spin.
- More wheels smooth things out. Four wheels is like four spins of a normal table at once: wins and losses partly cancel, and your balance moves in smaller steps relative to what you stake. It doesn’t make any bet cheaper.
- Single numbers feel livelier here. With 8 wheels your number hits about one spin in five. Each hit still pays 35 to 1 on that wheel only, against a stake on all eight.
- Two wheels is the gentle option. If you just want to try the format, keep the wheel count low and the chips small.
