How to play
Bonus Wheel Show is a TV-studio money wheel. A big wheel with 54 segments spins, and wherever the pointer stops decides which bets pay. Most segments are plain numbers. A few launch one of four mini-games where a single spin can pay hundreds of times your stake.
- Choose a chip (10, 50, 100 or 500) and place it on any of the eight bet spots: 1, 2, 5, 10, Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Ball Drop and Big Wheel. Each spot takes up to 1,000 credits, in tens, with 5,000 the most on the table.
- Press Spin. Before the wheel settles, the Top multiplier banner may land on one bet spot.
- The wheel stops on a segment. That spot wins; every other bet loses.
- A number pays its own value: 1 pays 1 to 1, 2 pays 2 to 1, 5 pays 5 to 1, 10 pays 10 to 1.
- A bonus starts its mini-game, but only if you have a bet on it. You keep your stake and are paid stake × the bonus multiplier.
- If the top multiplier sat on the winning spot, that win is multiplied again.
The wheel and how often each spot comes up
| Segment | On the wheel | Lands about | Pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 22 | 40.7% | 1 to 1 |
| 2 | 14 | 25.9% | 2 to 1 |
| 5 | 7 | 13.0% | 5 to 1 |
| 10 | 4 | 7.4% | 10 to 1 |
| Coin Flip | 3 | 5.6% | bonus |
| Cash Hunt | 2 | 3.7% | bonus |
| Ball Drop | 1 | 1.9% | bonus |
| Big Wheel | 1 | 1.9% | bonus |
The four bonus games
Coin Flip. Two multipliers are drawn, one for the red face and one for the blue, each from ×2 up to ×100. Then the coin is tossed and lands on one side, 50/50. Small values are much more common: ×2 to ×5 make up nearly 60% of draws, ×100 about 4%. Average payout: about ×13.
Cash Hunt. A grid of 24 tiles hides multipliers from ×5 to ×50, shuffled and face down. You tap one and its multiplier is yours. Since the board is shuffled every time, every tile has the same chance. Average: about ×20.
Ball Drop. A ball falls through 10 rows of pegs, bouncing left or right at each one with equal odds, into one of 11 slots. The slots pay ×500, ×200, ×100, ×50, ×30, ×14 in the middle, then back up to ×500 on the far side. The ball lands in the centre slot about 25% of the time and in each ×500 edge slot only about once in 1,024 drops. Average: about ×41.
Big Wheel. A second wheel of 32 segments: ten at ×10, six at ×15, five at ×20, four at ×25, three at ×50, and one each of ×75, ×100, ×200 and ×400. Average: about ×41.
The top multiplier
Every spin, the top multiplier picks a spot or skips the round. Chances per spin: 11.7% on 1, 11.5% on 2, 9.2% on 5, 6.4% on 10, 8% on each bonus game, and 29.2% no multiplier at all. When it appears, it’s ×2 (40% of the time), ×3 (25%), ×5 (20%) or ×10 (15%).
A ×10 top multiplier on a Ball Drop that finds a ×500 slot pays 5,000 times the bet. It’s rare, which is the point.
The odds
Every piece of this game has fixed, known chances, so each spot’s long-run return can be calculated exactly:
| Bet spot | Return to player |
|---|---|
| 1, 2, 5 | about 96.0% |
| 10 | 95.9% |
| Coin Flip | 97.1% |
| Cash Hunt | 96.0% |
| Ball Drop | 96.6% |
| Big Wheel | 96.5% |
Coin Flip is slightly the best value, but the spread is small: every spot keeps roughly 3 to 4 credits per 100.
Strategy
Pick by rhythm, not by return. Betting the 1 wins about four spins in ten with tiny payouts. Betting only Big Wheel or Ball Drop means waiting about 54 spins on average for a hit, then a big one.
Bonus bets need patience and small stakes. With a 1.9% chance per spin, long dry runs are normal. Spread credits so you can sit through them.
Covering every spot doesn’t beat the wheel. Something wins each spin, but every bet keeps its own edge.
Cash Hunt has no secret tile. The board is reshuffled every time, so corners and centre are equally good.
The top multiplier is luck. You can’t predict where it lands, and it’s already counted in the returns above.
